There are many factors that go into the cost of your dog's groom such as, how big your dog is, what condition the coat is in, whether it is in need of a brush and bath or a full clip, whether your dog is overweight and unable to stand for long periods of time, and how often you get your dog in. We take our time to groom your dog which makes the grooming process easier on your dog. The time it takes to groom your dog is also dependent on the weather which affects how quickly your dog dries, how well behaved your dog is such as whether they are willing to stand on the table, whether your dog is being brushed and bathed or having a more extensive cut, whether dog's coat is long or short, etc. Most dogs can be groomed within 2 1/2 hrs, however, some dogs takes longer. We ask that you allow us the time we need to comfortably and humanely groom your dog, and wait for us to call you when your dog is finished. 

Our grooming shop is attached to our home, and we do not have any space for waiting. Therefore we ask that you leave your dog with us while we groom him/her and suggest you enjoy some of the local eateries and shops in the area. If you choose to stay in your car to wait, we ask that you leave the driveways clear for other clients (including training clients in our farm driveway) while you wait for your dog to be finished.

We are no longer accepting any of the following: any once a year springer spaniel strip downs, large poodle mixes commonly called "doodles" (labradoodles, goldendoodles, bernadoodles, etc.), outdoor dogs, kennel dogs or "garage dogs," any dogs that do not live in the house, any giant breeds (great danes, mastiffs, great pyrenees, newfoundlands, etc.), and of the following purebred or mixed breeds, Australian Shepherds, Australian Cattle Dogs/Blue Heelers, Mountain Cur, Blood Hounds, Pekingese, Lhasa Apso, huskies, german shepherds, pomeranians, any other spitz breeds,  Chow Chows, Shar Peis, Malinois, rottweillers and Mastiffs.
